We do not have overpriced, unneeded "service plans" but we do provide yearly cleanings and tune-ups for our oil customers. This service includes a new nozzle, filters, vacuuming of the stovepipe, labor and a thorough "once over" of the system. This tune-up helps your system run more efficiently saving you money and aggravations during the colder months.
We perform service and repair work on all types of fuel oil equipment, complete and partial installations from new buildings to conversions, with all types of systems: hydronic, warm air, radiant, or steam.

If you need peace of mind while you travel, we offer the Winter Watchman, a small unit that plugs into a socket. If you plug a lamp into this unit and place it in a window that can be seen by a neighbor it will turn out if the temperature in the house goes below a programmed amount. The caretaker can call us and supply us with a key to access your heating system and save your pipes from freezing.
We also carry the Freeze Protector, which is a device that can hook into your phone line and will automatically dial our office if the temperature in your house goes below a programmed amount.

Comfort Heat is our no cost analysis of the ways we can help you integrate your heating system to your family's needs. Our service technician will discuss your heating system's shortcomings and inadequacies, and can make suggestions for changes that will make your system work for you in the most efficient way.
This can be as simple as installing set-back thermostats to adjust to your lifestyle, or as in depth as preparing to heat an indoor hot tub or outdoor pool. We can take away unneeded zones or install new zones to fit the way you live in your house. If lack of hot water is a problem, we can help.
